Asad Umar got a clean chit in the PTV Parliament attack case

Police Secretariat’s decision to withdraw the case against Asad Umar

Important progress has been made in the PTV Parliament attack case against Asad Umar.

The PTV Parliament attack case was heard in the District and Sessions Court; the Police Station Secretariat gave an important statement in the Sessions Court.

The investigating officer gave a statement in front of Additional Sessions Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar.

The police have decided to withdraw the case against Asad Umar.

During the hearing, the investigating officer said that we do not want to arrest Asad Umar in the case.

After the police statement, Asad Umar’s lawyers withdrew the bail application.

The court disposed of Asad Umar’s bail application on the statement of the investigating officer
