ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordered the release of former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry after his bail was approved in a fraud case on Monday.
A divisional bench consisting of Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri announced the decision in the NAB case related to land in Jhelum.
Fawad Chaudhry’s lawyer Qaiser Imam appeared in court on behalf of his client.

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is investigating a case of alleged corruption in development projects in Jheum, his NA constituency from where he was elected in 2018.
