No power outage during Suhoor Iftar; IESCO ensures

Dr. Muhammad Amjad Khan, the Chief Executive of IESCO, announced on Wednesday that the organization’s management has completed the plan for ensuring that valued clients receive the best and most timely services and an uninterrupted power supply throughout the holy month of Ramadan, particularly during seher and iftar.

According to him, top officers and staff will be stationed in monitoring rooms in Islamabad and other operation circles to keep an eye on the status of the power continuity on 114 132 KV grid stations and 1360 11 KV feeders.

Monitoring crews will also maintain close communication with field formations and guarantee prompt correction of faults and tripping on feeders. Additionally, these monitoring teams will function as a disaster management cell in any emergency situation, such as persistent rain.
