Order to arrest Monas Elahi and bring him to court

Lahore: The court issued an order to arrest and bring him Moonis Elahi in the court.

According to the details, in the FIA ​​money laundering case, the court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Moonis Elahi and ordered him to appear in court on November 16.

Special Court Central Judge Tanveer Ahmad Shaikh issued a written order for yesterday’s hearing, according to which the bailable arrest warrant of Moonis Elahi was not executed.

According to the written order, FIA submits a report that Moonis Elahi is not present at the given address in Spain, a non-bailable arrest warrant is issued for Moonis Elahi’s arrest.

The court said that relevant agencies and authorities should take necessary steps to arrest Moonis Elahi, FIA should execute non-bailable warrants on Moonis Elahi’s residences in London and Spain, and also bring Pervez Elahi from jail on November 16.
