The court accepted the bail application of PTI leader Asad Qaiser and issued the release order.
Former Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser was arrested by the Charsadda Police in the May 9 tragedy case and on November 24, when he was produced in the Sessions Court Mardan.
The court rejected the request of the police to send him for physical remand and sent him to Central Jail Mardan.
After the arguments of the lawyers on the former speaker’s bail application were completed on Friday, the court fixed December 2 as the date for the decision.

Judge Muhammad Zeib Khan of the District and Sessions Court Mardan granted Asad Qaiser’s bail for one lakh rupees and ordered that Asad Qaiser should be released on bail if he is not involved in any other case.
