Deputy Commissioner Sahiwal Captain (Rtd) Samiullah Farooq has announced that there will be a local holiday in the city on April 1 on the occasion of the Urs of Hazrat Baba Muhammad Panah. The district administration has also issued an official notification in this regard.
According to the notification, all government offices, educational institutions and other government services will remain closed on Wednesday on the occasion of the auspicious Urs so that citizens can participate in this religious event.
