KARACHI – Shehbaz Sharif, the president of the PML-N and a former prime minister, stated that he is in Karachi to grant its citizens theirjust compensation.
Speaking at a joint press conference with Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, the convener of the MQM-P, the former prime minister claimed that Karachi earns billions of rupees but still doesn’t receive its fair share.

“I am appreciative of MQM’s assistance during our previous administration. The PML-N president declared, “PML-N and MQM will face all the challenges together in the future as well.
He went on to say that MQM is a true ally of the PML-N and that the two parties would cooperate for the benefit of the nation.
The former prime minister declared, “To make Pakistan a great country, we’ll have to think beyond our personal gains.”
He continued, “The system will advance in accordance with the mandate granted by the Pakistani people in the forthcoming elections.”

Speaking at the event, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui stated that the average person must benefit from democracy. According to Siddiqui, “the political harmony between the PML-N and MQM will be good for this country.”
With the elections approaching, the PML-N delegation had earlier traveled to MQM headquarters in Bahadurabad to discuss seat adjustments in Karachi.
Kh Saad Rafique, Ayaz Sadiq, Marriyum Aurangzeb, Bashir Memon, and Nehal Hashmi were among the PML-N delegation members.
Present from the MQM side were Khalid Mehmood Siddiqui, Mustafa Kamal, Ameen ul Haq, Farooq Sattar, and Nasreen Jalil.
