Weather update: PMD forecast rain and snowfall in different parts of country

LAHORE: According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is likely to be cold and partly cloudy in Islamabad, while rain is expected in Lahore, Gujranwala, Gujarat, Sialkot, Narowal, Jhang and Sheikhupura.

Rain is likely in Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Shorkot, Multan, Kot Addo, Bahawalnagar and Okara, while fog is expected in Kasur, Khanewal, Khanpur, Bahawalpur and Rahim Yar Khan.

Rain has been predicted in Quetta, Ziarat, Chaman, Pishin, Qila Abdullah, Musakhel, Turbat, Gwadar, Jiwani, Lasbela, Qila Saifullah, Noshki, Zhob, Kalat, Barkhan, Kech, Awaran, Chagai, Panjgur, Khuzdar, Washak and Kharan.

Rain is expected in Dadu, Benazirabad, Qambar Shahzad Kot, Nowshera Feroze and Jamshoro, fog is likely in Sukkur, Rohri, Shikarpur, Kashmore and Mohenjodaro.

Rain and snowfall are expected in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Kurram, Waziristan, Bannu, rain and snowfall have been predicted at a few places in Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
