Order of Lahore High Court to issue notification of 2 days work from home to private institutions

Keeping in view the increasing smog in the city, the Lahore High Court has ordered private institutions and banks to issue a notification of work from home 2 days a week.

According to details, a case related to smog remediation was heard in Lahore High Court today.

The Lahore High Court directed to close the commercial activities at 10 pm.

While pronouncing the decision of the court, it was said that CCPO Lahore should follow the order to stop commercial activities at 10 pm.

Secretary Chief Minister CCPO Lahore to give instructions for measures to control smog.

The Lahore High Court ordered that the administration of Lahore and the government should issue a notification regarding the measures.

Justice Shahid Karim issued a written order on the petitions of citizens and others

The court also ordered DG Environment to re-seal the de-seal industry units due to pollution.

Also, action has been taken against the officers of the Environment Department who de-sealed the industrial units.

Apart from this, the Lahore High Court has directed to continue actions against those who park on the green belt.
