LONDON: Pakistan’s ‘chaiwala’ Arshad Khan, now known for his entrepreneurial skills, marked the opening of another branch of Café Chaiwala Arshad Khan in South London.

The two Karachi-born businessmen, Asif Khaliq and Yousuf Khaliq, owners of various enterprises in the UK, have invested in the café in Tooting, the Asian hub.

This latest expansion, which occurred on January 25, marks another milestone in Arshad Khan’s remarkable transformation from a roadside tea vendor to a global brand ambassador for Pakistani culture.

The new café in South London boasts exquisite Pakistani cultural décor, offering an authentic experience for chai lovers and street food enthusiasts.

The outlet, according to this vision, meets the high demand for traditional Pakistani tea and snacks. This adds more strength to Khan’s brand in the already competitive UK food scene. With his first success at a small café in West London, there is evidence of growing acceptance of Pakistani culture and cuisine in the UK.

Rising to fame, Pakistani waiter Arshad Khan’s moment came when a candid capture by a photographer serving tea in Islamabad gained him world attention in 2016. The viral movement led him to modeling opportunities and, eventually, to his tea brand, which today is a multi-million rupee success story.

Café Chaiwala in South London is something for which Arshad Khan is best known for his entrepreneurial side or his dedication to promoting Pakistani culture and cuisine throughout the world.

With the support of his investors, Khan has been able to expand his brand and share his passion for traditional Pakistani tea and snacks with a wider audience.

As his brand continues to grow, Arshad Khan remains an inspiration to many, demonstrating that with hard work and determination, anyone can achieve their goals and make a lasting impact on their community.
