Famous Pakistani singer Umair Jaswal ties knot for second time

KARACHI: Pakistani actor and singer-songwriter Umair Jaswal has remarried following his recent divorce from actress Sana Javed. Jaswal shared the news on Instagram, posting a photo of himself dressed as a groom in an off-white embroidered sherwani and turban.

The post garnered over 65,000 likes within three hours and attracted congratulatory messages from fans and celebrities. He captioned the image saying ‘’ Alhamdullilah’’ adding a verse from the Holy Quran: “وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰٓ [Your Lord will soon give you so much that you will be satisfied.]”

However, the Coke Studios singer did not reveal his wife, or share further details about his marriage, fans are excited to know who that lucky girl is. This marks Jaswal’s second marriage after his previous marriage to Sana Javed ended in divorce last year.]

Moreover, his followers and fellow celebrities are congratulating the Sami Meri War singer for moving on in his life and starting a new chapter.

Sana Javed has also moved on, marrying Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik in January 2024, shortly after her divorce from Jaswal. The former couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2020.

Umair Jaswal’s announcement has generated significant interest and well-wishes from the entertainment industry and fans alike, signaling a new chapter in his personal life.
