Shikhar Dhawan ties the knot with Sufi Shine in private ceremony

MUMBAI: Former Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan married his girlfriend Sufi Shine for the second time.

Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal informed fans about Shikhar Dhawan’s marriage on the photo and video sharing app Instagram and also shared a few pictures.

Shikhar Dhawan and Sufi Shine tied the knot in a private ceremony held in Delhi NCR, while the ceremony was attended by family and close friends.

Yuzvendra Chahal, while sharing the wedding pictures, wrote in the caption, “My friend’s wedding.”

Before the wedding, the couple also held haldi and sangeet ceremonies, the pictures of which were shared by the former cricketer on Instagram.

It should be noted that Shikhar Dhawan and Sufi Shine have been together since 2025, while in January 2026, he confirmed his engagement to Sufi Shine on Instagram.

Who is Sufi Shine?

Born in Ireland, Sophie is a ‘Product Consultant’ and currently serves as the Second Vice President at Northern Trust Corporation in Abu Dhabi.

Sophie Shine holds a degree in Marketing and Management from the Lumbrick Institute of Technology.

It should be noted that this is Shikhar Dhawan’s second marriage after his separation from Ayesha Mukherjee in October 2023. His first marriage lasted for 11 years and he has a son, Aahar.
