Shraddha Kapoor suffers toe fracture on set

MUMBAI: Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor was injured during the shooting.

According to Indian media, Shraddha Kapoor fractured her toe while filming a long dance sequence.

For the dance number, the actress was wearing a Navratri sari and traditional jewelry. During the dance, Shraddha accidentally put all her weight on one foot, which upset her balance and injured her.

At this point, the film’s director Laxman Otekar stopped the shooting. At this point, the actress insisted that the unit continue working. After returning to Mumbai, the actress also shot close-ups and emotional scenes on the set of Madh Island.

After a few hours, the pain started increasing, after which the unit had to stop shooting completely. Indian media say that due to lack of contact with the film’s director, no response has been received from him.
