Chairman PTI’s bail restoration petition hearing on November 7

The Islamabad High Court has fixed for hearing the petitions of Chairman PTI in the NAB cases in the 190-million-pound scam and Toshakhana NAB investigation cases.

A two-member bench headed by Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Aamir Farooq will hear on November 7. The Registrar Office of Islamabad High Court has released the cause list.

It should be remembered that the Accountability Court had rejected the bail of Chairman PTI in NAB cases due to non-compliance.

Chairman PTI has approached Islamabad High Court for restoration of bail. The two-member bench has already restored the bails of Chairman PTI in six cases.
