Iran US Talks Claim: Conflicting Statements Raise Questions Over Possible Meeting Request

The Iran US Talks Claim has created confusion after opposite statements from both sides about possible negotiations.

Donald Trump said that several points were agreed during ongoing talks with Iran. He also claimed that Iran started the communication process.

However, Iran has strongly rejected this Iran US Talks Claim. Officials say no talks have taken place recently.

According to Reuters, a senior Iranian official revealed that the United States requested a meeting with Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf on Saturday.

The official added that Iran’s Supreme National Security Council has not yet decided on the request. No reply has been sent to the US so far.

No details were shared about the location or timing of the proposed meeting.

On the other hand, Iran’s Foreign Ministry denied any negotiations with the United States. A spokesperson said there has been no contact in the past 24 days.

The ministry also confirmed that some friendly countries delivered messages. These messages said the US wants talks to end tensions. But Iran has not responded to these messages.

This situation shows a clear contradiction in the Iran US Talks Claim. While the US signals progress, Iran denies any direct engagement.
