PIA missile attack rumours were strongly denied by Pakistan International Airlines on Thursday. The airline called the reports completely false and baseless.

The clarification came after social media posts claimed a PIA flight was in danger near Fujairah in the UAE. These posts suggested a missile strike had happened close to the airport during landing.

PIA clearly said that PIA missile attack rumours have no truth. The airline added that no such incident took place involving any of its flights.

In an official statement, PIA also rejected claims that its spokesperson had confirmed the news. It said no such statement was issued by the airline or its representatives.

The airline urged people to avoid sharing unverified information. It warned that spreading false news can create panic among passengers.

Due to rising tensions in the Middle East, PIA recently made changes to its Gulf operations. Flights to Fujairah were suspended for 48 hours as a precaution.

Currently, PIA is operating limited flights to Al Ain in the UAE. Officials said the situation is being closely monitored and more changes may be made if needed.

Passengers have been advised to stay updated about their flight schedules. They should also remain in contact with the airline for the latest information.

Meanwhile, regional tensions have affected air travel. Many flights to and from Pakistan were cancelled, causing delays and inconvenience for travelers.
