The Punjab Boards Committee of Chairpersons has now announced the revised date sheet for the 2024 matriculation exams. In response to community concerns over Ramadan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) has also modified the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam schedule.
The matriculation exams for the first year will be held in March 2024 by the Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Faisalabad, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Gujranwala, Multan, Bahawalpur, DG Khan, Rawalpindi, and Lahore.

Ninth Class Exams 2024:
The yearly exams for ninth-grade students will take place from March 20 to April 5 and cover courses like English, Biology, Computer Science, Chemistry, General Science, Physics, Islamic Studies (Optional), Quran Translation, Islamic Studies, Economics, and Pakistan Studies.
KPK SSC Exams 2024:
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) has adjusted the date of its Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations, which were originally scheduled for March 14, in response to concerns over Ramadan. The exams have been rescheduled for April 18, 2024, in consideration of the parents’ and students’ feelings, and in line with the holy month.

The decision to modify the exam schedules in Punjab and KPK highlights the responsiveness of the educational authorities to the requirements of the students in this crucial exam period.
