The Punjab Boards Committee of Chairpersons has now announced the revised date sheet for the 2024 matriculation exams. In response to community concerns over Ramadan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) has also modified the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam schedule.
Punjab Matriculation Exams 2024:
The matriculation exams for the first year will be held in March 2024 by the Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Faisalabad, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Gujranwala, Multan, Bahawalpur, DG Khan, Rawalpindi, and Lahore.
Date sheet for Matric Exams 2024:
- English on March 4
- Chemistry and General Science on March 6
- Physics and Islamic Studies (Optional) on March 8
- Islamic Studies on March 9
- Economics on March 11
- Pakistan Studies on March 12
- Biology and Computer Science on March 14
- Translation of the Quran on March 15
- Urdu on March 18

Ninth Class Exams 2024:
The yearly exams for ninth-grade students will take place from March 20 to April 5 and cover courses like English, Biology, Computer Science, Chemistry, General Science, Physics, Islamic Studies (Optional), Quran Translation, Islamic Studies, Economics, and Pakistan Studies.
KPK SSC Exams 2024:
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) has adjusted the date of its Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations, which were originally scheduled for March 14, in response to concerns over Ramadan. The exams have been rescheduled for April 18, 2024, in consideration of the parents’ and students’ feelings, and in line with the holy month.
