UAE war warning has raised concerns about the safety of major cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi. A leading American economist has cautioned the United Arab Emirates against joining any military alliance in the ongoing regional tensions.

According to Jeffrey Sachs, both Dubai and Abu Dhabi are global tourism and business hubs. He explained that these cities are not designed as heavily defended military zones. This makes them more vulnerable in case of conflict.

He said that entering a war could damage the UAE’s economic model. It may also affect global investor confidence, which is vital for the country’s growth.

Sachs also pointed out that the UAE’s close ties with the United States and Israel have placed it in a difficult position. He warned that continuing on this path without policy review could increase risks further.

The economist criticized the Abraham Accords, calling them risky for regional stability. He said Gulf nations have relied too much on US security guarantees, which may not always work in their favor.

Meanwhile, Iran has also issued a warning to regional countries. It has asked them not to allow their territories to be used for any US military operations.

Iran’s foreign ministry said that if any country’s military bases are used against it, it will consider that country part of the aggression.

At the same time, Gulf countries have condemned recent attacks on energy facilities and signaled support for the United States. This situation may further increase tensions in the region.
