Accused Omar Hayat indicted in Sana Yousaf Murder case

ISLAMABAD: The accused Omar Hayat has been indicted in the murder case of social media influencer Sana Yousuf.

The murder case of 17-year-old Sana Yousuf was heard in the Islamabad court by Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka.

During the hearing, the judge asked the accused whether he had killed Sana Yousuf. To this, the accused replied that he had not committed any such crime; it was all a lie.

The judge said that it is alleged that he also snatched the victim’s mobile phone. The accused replied that all the allegations against him were based on lies.

The court indicted the accused and adjourned the further hearing of the case until September 25.

It may be recalled that on June 2, 17-year-old social media influencer Sana Yousuf, from Chitral, was shot dead at her home in a residential area of ​​Islamabad.

After the incident, the killer fled the scene and went to Faisalabad, where the police took action and arrested him within a few hours.
