Allama Nasir Madni rejects rumors of his arrest

ARIFWALA: Social media was abuzz with reports claiming that renowned religious scholar Allama Nasir Madni had been arrested. However, Allama Madni himself dismissed the rumors, confirming that he is completely fine.

In a video message, he said, “I am absolutely alright. My dear friends, I am on my way to Arifwala to attend an event. Pakistan Zindabad. May Allah keep everyone in His protection.”

He thanked those who expressed concern, saying he was grateful to everyone who reached out after hearing the false news.

The news sparked a huge online debate when some users started sharing tweets on the social media platform X that the madni leader has been arrested.

Later on, the religious scholar confirmed that he is safe, putting rest to all the rumors about him. However, this is not the first time that the scholar has made the headlines.

Earlier, a video went viral showing Allama Nasir Madni, who is popular on social media for his unique way of addressing people, reportedly vacationing in Uzbekistan.

A social media user on X shared the video with the caption, “This is the only Allama Nasir Madni.”

The cleric can be seen in casual attire as he is wearing an orange T-shirt and blue trousers as he roams the streets of Uzbekistan, causing a huge stir on social media.
