ISLAMABAD: The Housing Department has made registration for the “Apni Chhat Apna Ghar” program easier than ever before. 30,600 houses have already been constructed, and over 1 lakh families have been provided loans to build their homes.
For ongoing projects, the second installment has been released to 69,200 families, ensuring continued progress. The department spokesperson highlighted the incredible benefits for citizens, saying families who repay their loans within 1 to 3 years will get a 20 percent discount, while those who settle within 4 to 6 years will get a 10 percent discount.
These incentives are aimed at encouraging timely repayment and making home ownership a reality for more families. Adding to the convenience, applicants can now register online from the comfort of their homes, making the process faster, easier and completely transparent.
The Housing Department assures that this program will continue to provide financial ease, secure housing and fulfill the dream of owning a home through innovative measures. Citizens can check the complete details of the scheme on the official website.
