Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program: Online registration simplifies homeownership

ISLAMABAD: The Housing Department has made registration for the “Apni Chhat Apna Ghar” program easier than ever before. 30,600 houses have already been constructed, and over 1 lakh families have been provided loans to build their homes.

For ongoing projects, the second installment has been released to 69,200 families, ensuring continued progress. The department spokesperson highlighted the incredible benefits for citizens, saying families who repay their loans within 1 to 3 years will get a 20 percent discount, while those who settle within 4 to 6 years will get a 10 percent discount.
