Armed men gun down pregnant woman in Karachi

KARACHI: In a devastating incident, unknown armed men gunned down a pregnant woman near a private hospital in Karachi’s Kharadar area.

The deceased woman identified as Fatima was visiting the hospital to file a complaint against a security guard who had been harassing the woman for quite some time, her husband told the police.

Fatima’s husband said that an unidentified person opened fire and struck his wife, according to police officials. According to the authorities, the deceased’s relative was the security guard who had been tormenting her for a while.

The circumstances surrounding the tragedy are being investigated further.

In another incident, A pregnant woman died on October 3rd at a private hospital in Karachi as a result of doctors’ alleged incompetence.

The deceased’s family had called on the Sindh government, health minister, and police to provide them with justice.
