Bank locker robbed worth Rs100 million of valuables in Karachi

KARACHI: In a shocking turn of events, a bank locker belonging to a wealthy citizen has been robbed worth Rs 100 million in Darakshan, Defense Karachi

The victim’s locker contained diamond and gold jewelry, branded watches, and other precious items. The victim had been renting the locker since 2010, but never thought such an incident could occur.

According to the victim, he visited the locker on February 6, everything was intact, but upon returning on February 19, he found the locker empty.

A FIR has been filed with the Darakshan police station, and the citizen has also complained to the Federal Investigation Authority (FIA) and the State Bank of Pakistan.

Additionally, the police are hunting for evidence regarding the incident from the bank staff and the affected citizen, and collecting CCTV footage and bank records in the investigation.
