BISP offers easy scholarships to support children’s education

Education is essential for a bright future for any child. Through the BISP Educational Scholarship Program, parents have fulfilled their dream of providing education to their children.

The registration procedure for joining the Benazir Educational Scholarship Program is very simple.

Registration:

First of all, take the children whose names are to be registered in the Benazir Educational Scholarship Program with you and go to the nearest BISP program office.

Provide the child’s B form and the mobile phone number already registered in BISP to the concerned officer there. After which the said officer will register and issue you an enrollment slip.

Get the provided slip filled by the child’s school. After filling the slip, submit it back to the BISP office.

In this slip, it is mandatory to enter the child’s class, child’s section, class teacher’s name, class teacher’s and head teacher’s details.

After verification of the enrollment slip, your child’s scholarship will be issued.

Conditions for participation:

The student’s mother must be eligible for Benazir sponsorship and the child’s B form issued by NADRA is mandatory.

For educational scholarship, the child must attend 70 percent of the school, and in case of changing the child’s school, it is also mandatory to inform the Benazir Income Support Program.

Age limit of children:

Primary: 4 to 12 years

Secondary: 8 to 18 years

Higher secondary: 13 to 22 years

Quarterly scholarship rate

2500 for primary students and 3000 for female students.

3500 for secondary students and 4000 for female students.

Rs. 4,500 for higher secondary students and Rs. 5,000 for female students.

A special bonus of Rs. 3,000 will also be given to girl students on completion of primary education.
