ISLAMABAD The National Accountability Bureau has issued red warrants through Interpol for property tycoon Malik Riaz and his son Ali Riaz in connection with the Bahria Town case involving allegations of money laundering.
According to reports, NAB is also in contact with the government of the United Arab Emirates to secure the return of the accused to Pakistan to face legal proceedings.
The case relates to ongoing investigations into alleged financial irregularities and money laundering linked to the Bahria Town property developments.
Officials say further legal steps will be taken once international cooperation processes are completed.
