Brother strangles sister to death in front of family members

TOBA TEK SINGH: In a shocking incident in Toba Tek Singh, a man choked his 22-year-old sister to death while their father and other family members watched.

The gruesome act was recorded by another brother while the family looked on as if nothing was wrong.

In a disturbing video obtained by a private news channel, the man can be seen strangling his sister while other family members, including the victim’s sister-in-law, watched calmly. After the murder, the father of both the victim and the suspect even offered water to the perpetrator.

The police have arrested two of the main suspects, and a case has been filed. According to a police spokesperson, the victim, Maria, was strangled to death by her brother and father. Maria was killed late at night on March 17 and 18, and her family quietly buried her after the incident.

In a heart-wrenching video, the culprit can be seen choking the victim, his sister, while family members, including the father, watched helplessly. After the daughter’s murder, the father even offered the culprit, his son, a glass of water.

According to the DPO Toba Tek Singh, the body of the girl has been retrieved and post-mortem has been conducted. The video footage is also being scrutinized, and we await the post-mortem report.

The DPO informed that at the time of the incident, four individuals were present in the house, and cases have been registered against three individuals. The father and son of the girl have been nominated in the cases, while the woman seen in the footage is the girl’s sister-in-law.

He further stated that investigations into the incident are underway, and the truth will soon be revealed.
