Bushra Bibi shifted to hospital for eye treatment after surgery

ISLAMABAD: Bushra Bibi, wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, has been shifted to a private hospital for eye treatment.

According to a private TV, Bushra Bibi, wife of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, has been shifted from Adiala Jail to the hospital by a medical team after an initial medical examination.

Earlier, Bushra Bibi’s eye procedure was completed.

The medical team conducted a medical examination of Bushra Bibi three times in Adiala itself after the completion of the eye procedure.

Sources say that Bushra Bibi’s eye-related problems and a complete medical examination will be conducted, further treatment and tests will be done, and the medical team has also advised about the second phase of the operation.

It should be noted that earlier on April 17, Bushra Bibi’s surgery was completed on the complaint of vision impairment in her right eye, after which she was shifted to jail again.

Jail sources said that Bushra Bibi had complained of vision problems in her right eye, following which the jail administration had her examined by ophthalmologists. During the examination, she was diagnosed with a “retinal detachment” in her eye, upon which the doctors advised her to undergo immediate surgery.
