Islamabad: Bushra Bibi sister Maryam Riaz Wattoo took to Twitter to address a matter of concern within the party, shedding light on alleged discrepancies in the nominations for senate seats. In her tweet, she specifically mentioned Sher Afzal Marwat, highlighting claims made by senior party leaders regarding changes made to the list of nominees.

According to Wattoo, Sher Afzal Marwat reportedly altered the list by removing three names and adding three new ones without proper approval. Additionally, she mentioned the inclusion of Khalid Masood by Umair and Hamid Khan, despite lacking official authorization.

Furthermore, Wattoo expressed her disappointment over Sher Afzal Marwat’s decision to exclude Naeem Panjuthaa from the list, who had been designated as a spokesperson by Imran Khan on legal matters. She questioned the lack of consultation with the core committee before making these changes, raising concerns about transparency and intentions.

Wattoo urged Sher Afzal Marwat to clarify the situation to dispel confusion among party workers regarding his role and intentions in the nomination process for senate seats. This tweet reflects a call for accountability and transparency within the party’s decision-making processes.
