Chicken meat has become cheaper in various cities

PESHAWAR: In Peshawar, chicken has become cheaper by another Rs 15 per kg, the price of live chicken in Peshawar has decreased from Rs 430 to Rs 415 per kg.

According to the official price list in Lahore, the wholesale rate of live broiler per kg has been fixed at Rs 374 per kg while the retail rate has been fixed at Rs 388, the price of meat per kg has been fixed at Rs 562, eggs are available at Rs 363 per dozen. Chicken meat in Lahore has become cheaper by Rs 22 per kg.

In Faisalabad, the wholesale rate of live broiler chicken is Rs 359 per kg while the retail rate is Rs 373 per kg, broiler chicken meat is Rs 540 per kg, the price of eggs has been fixed at Rs 363 per dozen. Chicken meat in Faisalabad has become cheaper by Rs 22 per kg.
In Multan, the wholesale rate of live broiler chicken has been fixed at Rs 363 per kg while the retail rate has been fixed at Rs 377 per kg. The price of meat per kg has been fixed at Rs 547 while eggs are fixed at Rs 354 per dozen. The price of meat in Multan has decreased by Rs 13.
