Court issues arrest warrant for Sardar Tanveer Ilyas: Here’s why!

ISLAMABAD: The District and Sessions Courts, Islamabad, have issued an arrest warrant for former Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanveer Ilyas.

According to a private TV channel, the court ordered the arrest and production of Sardar Tanveer Ilyas in the diplomatic passport case. Judicial Magistrate Ahmed Shahzad Gondal heard the case.

Sardar Tanveer Ilyas filed a petition for exemption from appearance, but the court rejected the petition.

The court adjourned the further hearing of the case until November 24, the FIA ​​has registered a case against Sardar Tanveer Ilyas.
