Robbers cut off elderly woman’s ears for gold earrings in Gwadar

GAWADAR: In a gruesome attack, a robber cut off the ears of an elderly woman to steal her gold earrings, leaving her in critical condition. The incident occurred in the Surbandar area in Gwadar, Balochistan

According to the police, the woman was wearing the gold earrings when thieves tried to rob her cutting her ears off to escape the location as soon as possible.

The police arrested the culprit and recovered the severed ears, earrings, and knife. The woman is undergoing treatment in the hospital where the culprits also confessed to the crime.

In a separate incident in Faisalabad, Punjab, a married woman was allegedly raped during a daylight robbery.

Two robbers on a motorcycle snatched cash and a mobile phone from the woman and her husband, and one of the robbers took the woman to a field and committed a heinous crime. A case has been registered, and the police are working to arrest the culprits.
