Curfew imposed in South Waziristan following surge in terror incidents

SOUTH WAZIRISTAN: Curfew has been declared in both districts of South Waziristan tomorrow.

The notification has been issued by the Deputy Commissioners of South Waziristan Upper, South Waziristan Lower and Tank.

According to the notification, all roads will remain closed from 6 am to 6 pm. The roads from Zali to New Cadet College Wana Road, Tanai, Sarvekai and Jandola will remain closed while the Wana Gomal Zam road will remain open for passengers.

It further said that the road from Ahmed Wam to Kotkai and the road from Bibi Ragzai to Jandola will remain closed.

Passengers have been advised to use alternative routes.
