ISLAMABAD: In a groundbreaking move, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has extended the deadline for booking of the Private Hajj Scheme 2026 until October 22.
Details say that private Hajj operators have booked up to 55,500 pilgrims so far. The ministry’s spokesperson stated that a quota of four and a half thousand is still vacant. After deferral, the last date for booking under the Private Hajj Scheme has been fixed as October 22.
The Secretary of Religious Affairs approved the extension of the deadline. The booking procedure will go on as per the Hajj Policy and the Service Provider Agreement.
