The prices of dry fruits increased by 30 to 40 percent

With the onset of winter, the prices of dry fruits have increased by 30 to 40 percent compared to last year.

Due to the increase in prices, the sale of dry fruits has decreased significantly, which is causing concern to the vendors dealing in dry fruits.

A shopkeeper said that this year the prices of dry fruits have increased by 30 to 40 percent.

While in the current situation, his daily sales are barely 5 to 10 thousand rupees.

Now people have started buying dry fruits by pau instead of kilos, many vendors have left the business due to low sales of dry fruits.

According to the shopkeepers, pistachio 2800 to 3000, cashew 3200, Chilgoza pine nuts 8000 to 12000, fig 1800 to 2200, dried apricot 800 to 1400, dates 400 to 600, solid walnut 800 to 1000, reedy 500 to 650, roasted chickpeas 400 to 400 550, almonds 2200 to 2500, paper almonds 1200 to 1600, raisins 1000 to 1400 and Peanuts 600 to 750 per kg.
