Islamabad: Multiple cities across Pakistan, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Swat, experienced tremors of an earthquake.
The tremors were felt in various regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat, Swat district, and Lower Dir district. Additionally, areas such as Muzaffarabad city, District Karam, adjacent areas, and Mianwali also felt the earthquake.
According to the earthquake monitoring center, the earthquake struck at 8:24 PM, with a magnitude of 5.3 and a depth of 130 kilometers. The epicenter was located in the Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan.

As a result of the earthquake, people rushed out of their homes in fear, reciting prayers. So far, there have been no reports of any damages.
