Eid Holidays: NADRA counters to remain shut until March 24

ISLAMABAD: The federal government has announced two days of Eid-ul-Fitr holiday while the provincial governments have announced three days. How many days will NADRA offices remain closed?

According to a private TV Channel, the federal government has announced two days of Eid-ul-Fitr holidays, March 20 and 21, while the Punjab and KP governments have announced holidays on March 19, 20 and 21.

The National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) has also announced Eid-ul-Fitr holidays.

According to the announcement, NADRA offices across the country will remain closed from Friday, March 20 to Monday, March 23. This includes Eid-ul-Fitr and Pakistan Day holidays.

However, NADRA services will be available through the Pak ID mobile app during these holidays.

The announcement issued by NADRA further states that the 24-hour offices will close at 12 midnight between March 19 and 20, 2026 and will reopen at 8 am on Tuesday, March 24.

NADRA offices and counters established abroad will operate according to the working hours of the respective embassy.
