Eid-ul-Fitr moon sighted in Mardan: Unofficial reports

PESHWAR: Unofficial reports of moon sighting have emerged in the Gariala area of ​​Rustam tehsil of Mardan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to local sources, at least 6 people have claimed to have confirmed moon sighting, after which a large number of citizens in the area turned their attention to the sky.

According to reports, after the news of moon sighting, Eid preparations are also being accelerated at the local level, and a wave of joy is being felt among the people.

However, the final and official announcement regarding the sighting of the moon will be made by the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee.

That is why these reports are being declared unofficial at this stage, while the final decision regarding Eid will be made only after the official announcement.
