Eid Ul-Fitr Prayer Timings announced for Karachi, Sindh

KARACHI: The biggest Eid-ul-Fitr gathering under the auspices of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) will be held at Gulshan Jinnah (Old Polo Ground) at 8 am.

Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesuri, Mayor Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab, Deputy Mayor Karachi Salman Abdullah Murad, Municipal Commissioner SM Afzal Zaidi, diplomats of Islamic countries, members of national and provincial assemblies, various socio-political leaders and dignitaries of the area were present on the occasion. Eid prayers will be offered at Gulshan Jinnah.

According to the instructions of Mayor Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab, arrangements are being completed for the Eid-ul-Fitr gathering at the Old Polo Ground.

Flags of various Muslim countries are being hoisted to express solidarity. Along with the cleanliness around the Eidgah, the entry and exit points are also being improved for the pilgrims. Tight security arrangements have been made for Eid prayers.

Along with ablution arrangements for the citizens coming to the Eidgah, cleanliness and disinfectant spray will also be done.
