ISLAMABAD: During the month of Ramadan, the federal government will revise the office timings for its employees to provide them with much-needed relief.

As per the yearly practice, it is expected that the working hours at the government offices will be reduced by two to three hours for the holy month, which is expected to start on March 2, 2025.

The government will likely reduce the office timings to 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for offices open five days a week while offices open six days a week would observe timing from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

On Friday, the working hours of federal government offices are expected to be fixed from 9:00 am to 12.30 pm.

The establishment division will issue the notification stating office timings a week before the commencement of the holy month.
