FIA summons PTI’s Alia Hamza over social media misuse

LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cyber ​​Crime Wing has summoned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Alia Hamza on charges of spreading chaos against state institutions and misusing social media to spread fear among the public.

According to a notice issued by the FIA ​​Cyber ​​Crime Wing Islamabad, Alia Hamza has been summoned for questioning before a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) headed by the Additional Director General of the Cyber ​​Crime Wing.

She has been directed to appear at the FIA ​​Cyber ​​Crime Wing Headquarters, National Police Foundation Office Building, Mau Avenue, G-10/4, on March 27 at 11 am.

The FIA ​​has directed her to bring her original identity and any relevant evidence with her. Failure to appear will be deemed as no defence to be presented.
