Field Marshal reaffirms preparedness to counter destabilizing elements

GUJRANWALA: Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir says that they are fully prepared to deal with divisive elements that undermine national stability.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir visited Gujranwala and Sialkot garrisons, during which he was briefed on the operational readiness of the formation and steps taken to further strengthen its combat capabilities.

On this occasion, the Field Marshal observed field training exercises and modern simulator training facilities. The Chief of Defence Forces praised the high professional standards and overall readiness of the formation.

According to the ISPR, Field Marshal Asim Munir emphasized the importance of technology integration and said that in a modern combat environment, mobility, accuracy, effective situational awareness, and timely decision-making are indispensable.

On this occasion, the Chief of Defence Forces spoke to the officers and men and appreciated their high morale and unwavering commitment to national security.

The Chief of Defence Forces highlighted the importance of rigorous mission-based training of the soldiers and said that the Pakistan Army is fully prepared to deal with internal and external challenges, extremist ideologies, and is fully prepared to deal with divisive elements that undermine national stability.
