Five police personnel injured in North Waziristan attack

PESHAWAR:  Five personnel were injured in an attack on a DPO police squad in North Waziristan.

Police officials said that the attack on the DPO squad took place in the Mamsh Khel area on the Bannu-Miran Shah Road.

According to the police, DPO Waqar Ahmed was unharmed in the attack, but five personnel were injured.

Police said that the personnel injured in the attack have been shifted to the hospital, while more police personnel have been sent to the scene.
