Forces eliminate 15 terrorists during Balochistan operation: ISPR

HARNAI: Security forces have killed 15 terrorists in two operations in Balochistan on March 05, according to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

An intelligence-based operation was conducted in Harnai district on information about the presence of terrorists belonging to Fitna-ul-Kharij.

During the operation, the security forces effectively targeted the hideout of the terrorists, following a fierce exchange of fire, 12 Indian-sponsored Khawarij were killed.

Another intelligence-based operation was conducted in the Basima district, where the presence of terrorists belonging to Fitna-ul-Hindustan was traced.

After a fierce encounter, 3 terrorists working under Indian patronage were killed. Arms, ammunition, and explosives were also recovered from the possession of the slain terrorists. These terrorists were involved in several terrorist acts.

Clearance operations are underway to eliminate the presence of more terrorists in the area. Security forces and law enforcement agencies should continue operations to eliminate foreign-sponsored terrorism from the country under the National Action Plan and the Vision and Commitment to Stability approved by the Federal Apex Committee.
