KALAT: Four Punjabi labourers were killed in firing by unidentified motorcyclists in Khaliqabad Mangochar area of Kalat district.
According to the district administration, the firing took place during Iftar when armed assailants targeted unarmed labourers in Killi Malangzai and fled the spot.
The deceased labourers have been identified as Zeeshan, Khalid, Dilawar Hussain and Muhammad Amin, all residents of Sadiqabad, Punjab.
These labourers were working on a tube well digging project of a landowner named Abdul Ghafoor Lango.
On receiving information, the authorities reached the spot and shifted the bodies to a nearby hospital.
