GHQ attack case jail trail of Imran Khan restored in Punjab

RAWALPINDI: The jail trial of the GHQ attack case against PTI founder Imran Khan on May 9 has been restored.

The Punjab government has issued a notification to restore the jail trial, after which the hearing of the GHQ attack case is likely to be held in Adiala Jail tomorrow.

The Superintendent of Adiala Jail has written a letter to the Rawalpindi Police for additional security.

It may be recalled that the Punjab government had issued a notification to transfer the trial of the GHQ attack case on September 15.

PTI founder Imran Khan was produced at the ATC Rawalpindi via video link.

However, the Punjab government withdrew the notification to transfer the jail trial.
