Pak Army takes over security duties in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Army has assumed security responsibilities in Islamabad following orders from the Ministry of Interior under Article 245 of the Constitution.

As per the details, the deployment of troops in the capital and its surrounding areas has been completed, with military personnel actively patrolling to ensure the safety and security of citizens.

Authorities have emphasized that no disruptive elements will be permitted to undermine peace and order in the region. The military’s presence aims to safeguard the public and maintain stability as part of the ongoing security operations.
