JI Amir booked for unpermitted rally in Sahiwal

SAHIWAL: A case was registered against Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Amir Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman and party officials and workers for holding a rally in Sahiwal without official permission.

According to the text of the FIR, the rally created a lot of hurdles for patients trying to access DHQ Qayyum Hospital.

During the Sahiwal rally, Hafiz Naeemur Rahman criticized the prevailing political system as oppressive and controlled by a small elite class that monopolized resources and opportunities.

He emphasized that while the powerful enjoy access to higher education and healthcare, ordinary citizens are left to struggle.
