ISLAMABAD: JUI leader Maulana Muhammad Yousaf passed away.

As per the details, former Member of National Assembly Maulana Muhammad Yousaf was undergoing treatment in a hospital in Islamabad for a few days. His funeral prayers will be offered at Jamia Shashat-ul-Islam Battagram at 3 pm.

He has been re-elected to the National Assembly on a Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam ticket. Maulana Muhammad Yousaf was first elected to the National Assembly from Battagram in 2002 and second time in 2013.

The late Maulana Qari Muhammad Yousaf was also the founder of Darul Uloom Shashat-ul-Islam. The JUI leadership has expressed condolences on his death.
