KP announces Eid Holidays, Balochistan releases salaries early

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has announced public holidays on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

According to the details, a notification of three-day official holidays on Eid in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been issued by the Administrative Affairs Department.

According to the notification issued, there will be official holidays on March 19, 20 and 21 across the province.

On the other hand, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, while congratulating all government employees of the province on Eid-ul-Fitr in advance, has announced that salaries have been transferred to the accounts of all employees before the Eid holidays.

Sarfaraz Bugti said that the Balochistan government has completed the payment of salaries before Eid so that all employees can celebrate the joys of Eid with their families in a full manner.

Instructions had already been issued to all relevant departments to ensure the process of payments before Eid at all costs so that no employee faces any difficulty.

Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti said that we wish that government employees can participate in the preparations and joys of Eid without any financial worries.

He ordered the administration to ensure strict implementation of this decision so that employees from remote areas can also receive their money on time.
